八珍菌汤不仅含有丰富的蛋白质和氨基酸,而且还有30多种人体所需要的微量元素
羊肚菌:羊肚菌又称羊肚菜,美味羊肚菌是一种珍贵的使用菌,营养相当丰富。
姬松茸:富含活动多糖,可抗氧化。
鸡油菌:含有丰富的胡萝卜素,维他命C,蛋白质,钙,磷,铁等营养成份;
茶树菇:营养丰富,蛋白质含量高,含有多种人体必须的氨基酸,丰富的矿物质。
竹荪:不仅营养丰富,而且香味浓郁,自古有列为“草八珍”之一

煮法:
1⃣️菌菇反复清洗两三次,清水浸泡30分钟,茶树菇去除根部,竹笙可切段
2⃣️猴头菇泡发后挤压水分,撕成小朵,再挤压水分冲洗几次将菇菇全部清洗干净
3⃣️加入焯水瘦肉/排骨,大火煮开转小火慢慢煲1-1.5小时,煮好加点盐调味即可!

Bazhen Mushroom Soup is not only rich in protein and amino acids, but also more than 30 kinds of trace elements needed by the human body
Morels: Morels are also called morels. Delicious morels are precious and rich in nutrition.
Agaricus blazei: rich in active polysaccharides, which can resist oxidation.

Cooking method:
1⃣️ Wash the mushrooms repeatedly two or three times and soak them in water for 30 minutes. Remove the roots of the tea tree mushrooms and cut the bamboo fungus into sections.
2⃣️After soaking Hericium erinaceus, squeeze the water, tear it into small florets, squeeze the water and rinse it several times to clean all the mushrooms.
3⃣️Add blanched lean meat/pork ribs, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 1-1.5 hours, add some salt to taste when done!
